E2K and Cisco Catalyst Switch problems

Did anybody experienced any strange connectivity problems with a combination of a Cisco 5505 catalyst Switch and Exchange 2000?

I have numerous Event 9322:
An interface error has occurred. An MtaBindBack over RPC has failed. Locality Table (LTAB) index: 95, Windows 2000/MTA error code: 1722. Comms error 1722, Bind error 0, Remote Server Name BPCMAIL, Protocol String ncacn_ip_tcp:bpcmail.xxx.com[1070] [BASE IL INCOMING RPC 26 507] (14)

Moved mailboxes from E5.5 that are now in E2K are experiencing latency in sending/receiving mail

I have Win2K SP4 AD / E2K SP3 in Win2K SP4
/ E5.5 in Win2K SP3

No VLAN

I configured this system in our LAB using an ordinary Netgear switch without any problem.

I've read issues about exchange having trouble with an option or two with Cisco products. I think it was mostly firewalls, but the option was Mailguard.. I think.. hope it helps.
