E146 Error??

Avaya Definity ProLogix 9.2 with T-1 to an IVR (stations configured as DS1FD, with ACD agents assigned).

Issue: cannot perform ASAI dial on port (native ASAI 3rd party place call request), get E146 error returned, which translates to “Voice Energy Answer”

I can perform same this function on any digital phone, analog station, and virtual station.

Is there a “special” configuration for this type of port to be able to do this?
