I've an issue on 9.1 server edition with SIP trunks.
e129's DTMF tones aren't being (partially) recognized to some IVR's. 9608's work every time.
Testing, from the customer's system I call my own voicemail system back at the office and login - 9608 sees all 4 digits. e129 sees the last 3.
Both phones are using the same SIP trunk. System status trace sees all 4 digits being pressed.
The carrier is seeing all 4 digits pressed and passing over the SIP trunk - the calls are identical from their perspective failure or not.
I'm at a loss, I must be missing something.
Other customers with SIP trunks and e129's are not having this issue.
