E1094 Arcserve Netware Agent was not located

Dear experts:

I am using Arcserve 6 for Netware installed on a 4.11 Netware Server (with all the fixes and patches).

When I try to backup files from another Netware server (Dataserver) I get the E1094 error (no netware agent located). Where is the Netware agent located and how do I load it?

This was working fine until some days ago until I changed some backups jobs.

Well I'm far from an expert on the NetWare version but here are some thoughts on it.

Maybe the agent was being used and is not unloaded. Check the product CD for a Docs directory. There should be one on the NW Client Agent.

Maybe the agent was not being used and the job was configured accidently to use the agent.
