Hi everybody. I am trying to install a DTI card into a Norstar MICS 7.0 as a T1. I will have only 20 channels enabled. I don't have a Trunk Protocol Coverter from Nortel (The NTPC) but I have a SP201SA from Encore Networks. I tried to connect both of them to a R2 MFC E1 trunk but I have these problems:

1.- The digital trunks (T1) are all of them into Line Pool A and its access code is 9.
2.- When a user tries to pick up an idle line from that pool, he doesn't receive a dial tone, just silence, and after a timeout the attempt of call is dropped.
3.- I cannot receive incoming calls.

The Encore is a S/W 15174.1020 and I am using these parameters:
LIM: 6) 1 E1 75 ohm/1 T1 100 ohm
Framer 1 (The public side) CAS without CRC4 and HDB3
Framer 2 (The private side) D4 ESF and B8ZS
The Clock is taken from Trunk 1 (Public side)
The E1 provides Caller ID
With these programming, the Encore seems to fit well the connection to the Norstar (Both Leds are fixed and green) but it doesn't work.

In the Norstar I don't have problems. I tested the equipment with a customer that has a E1 and the NTPC, so if I connect the Norstar to this NTPC the calls work perfectly.

Thanks in advance for any help!
