E1 Disconnect guard

Hi guys,

I have an IP Office with an E1 not releasing/disconnecting some calls.

Has anyone run into a similar issue ?

I think this is related to timers or Line Signalling Timers.

IP Office 500 v2 Release 7.0.23

How can I measure the disconnect signal ?

E1's do not use voltage drops etc to give disconnect, so in that sense there is nothing to measure. They work more like SIP and send messages to show/reflect the status of the call, you can see those messages or lack thereof by using Monitor, make a trace and post it here
