E-mails grow exponentially when replied to.

Hello,

Whenever we reply to an e-mail taht is sent from CRM (to keep a case thread going in outlook) the CRM message gets spaces between lines and grows exponentially with every reply. The e-mails grow incredibly quick and make it very difficult to read.

Are there any common ways that this could happen? Please e-mail me at Haynothey@yahoo.com or reply to this thread.

INTRODUCTION
This article discusses the steps that you can take to use single spacing between lines instead of the default double spacing when you create or edit Microsoft Business Solutions CRM or Microsoft CRM e-mail templates.

When you create or edit an e-mail template in Microsoft CRM, the default line spacing is set to double spacing. You can use single spacing by following these steps: 1. In Microsoft CRM, click Home, click Settings, click Template Manager, and then click E-mail Templates.
2. Create an e-mail template. To do this, double-click the e-mail template that you want to edit, or click New E-mail Template.
3. At the end of a line in the body section of the e-mail template, press SHIFT+ENTER to create a single line space instead of a double line space.
You can also type your e-mail message in Notepad, and then copy and paste the e-mail message into the body section of an e-mail template. This will also create a message that uses single line spacing instead of double line spacing.
