e-mail-typ ="EX" in outlook adressbook

in outlook adressbook (outlook2003) we have all users from the global adresslist (exchange2003sp1) with e-mail-typ "EX" and in the email-adressfield an adress like /o=company/ou=xy/cn=recipients/cn=user.
How can I change to smtp-adresses?
