I am running Exchange Server 5.5 sp4 on a 100% Microsoft network (Windows NT Server 4.0 sp6)
I have one user who has created a personal distribution list that contains 6 people (internal) in his personal address book. If he sends an E-Mail to this distribution list, in most cases no one in this list receives the e-mail. There are times where one or two people in the list will receive the e-mail, and sometimes they all will. (You can see why I am having difficulty troubleshooting this one!
) The MTA service is started, and I see no out of the ordinary error messages in event viewer pertaining to MTA. One more thing, the client this user is running is Outlook 98. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
