Boss is asking if I can e-mail to selected customers in database. Sure ... I think!

We use Microsoft Explorer/Yahoo Mail. We have Outlook on the machines but don't use it for email.

Also, there are several different "canned messages" we would like to send, and we don't want each recipient to see the other recipients when we do a group e-mail (reminder notices, etc.).

Can these messages be set up with fields in a form such as Subject, message, etc., so users can choose the "canned" message? If so, how do I get them out to the email itself once q query selecting the recipients has run?

This is in Access 97.

Thanks for any help in advance.

See the send object method in access help. This will do exactly what you want. There have been other postings in this forum if help does not give enough info for you
