I have recently set up my Rotary office and we would like tgo e-mail all the members, preferably with attachments (Word files etc.) We have significant problems, however with some of our members receiving the e-mail and not the attachment it seems to occur specifically with msn and comcast e-mail clients

Any ideas?

What version of Outlook are you using? If it's Outlook 2000, try the following:
Open the contact of the person that you are sending to.
Double click on their e-mail address.
Uncheck the box "Always send to the recipient in Microsoft Outlook rich-text Format"
Click "OK".
Try re-sending the message with the attachment again.

create the template for the mail list that you equire in your addres book or contact list
go to the finished item you want to send and go
file
send to
mail recipient
to
contact list
ok
send
hope it works for you
