Good Afternoon
I would like some advice on the following, please:
I am trying to set up some code such that the user on clicking a button, sends an e-mail to a chosen recipient. Within the e-mail, I need an attachment which links to a particular form within my MS Access database.
I have been successful so far with use of the SendOject Action. That is, I have managed to output the data (in .rtf format in a table within Word), as an attachment.
However, the recipient will also need to interact with this database form, ie click controls, add comments, etc.
I’m now trying to approach this by using a user-defined object variable, set ….As Outlook.Application, (as I use MS Outlook for e-mail), and so on.
However have not had much success so far!
(Note: I’m using Access 97, and have the relevant reference library for Outlook set up).
Any ideas anyone?
Many ThanX
