I have an IP Office 403 (2.1.27)with VM Pro. We have E-Mail alerting working properly when a message is left in a persons mailbox.
Where I am haveing trouble is trying to let two (or more) 'Alert' people (via Outlook E-Mail) that there is a new message in a hunt group, or a secretary and the boss both being 'Alerted'
I have tried:
Name1, Name2
Name1,Name2
"Name1","Name2"
Name1; Name2
"Name1";"Name2"
Name1 Name2
Name1@Domain.com; Name2@Domain.com

So I am getting frustrated....If you have done this and KNOW how, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jeff

Can't you make distribution mailboxes in your mailserver?
That always works.

The Exchange Server is not under our control.....I am looking for someone who KNOWS the correct sintax to do this throught the IP Office.
Thanks,
Jeff

Isn't this up to the mail server you need to know what sintax to sned to the mail server as we only have one command in each mailbox.

How about putting a rule in the Outllook box that receives the notification

[cheers]

You can only enter one e-mail address in that option you need to use exchange distribution mailboxes

It works with one name, I created a 'forward rule' in the users box to forward to the other person. Thanks for the input.
