I think P2P in business applications is a big idea. If you have lots of distributed devices (e.g., salespeople in the field entering order data; field-service performing on-site customer service; etc.), the ability to communicate with peer devices is a big win.
Check out this screen shot for an example: - turns each PC into a small, P2P-style web server.
If you take this, Groove, etc. as useful data-points, it looks like this is a trend worth keeping tabs on.
