e-Business and the economy

Have very many e-business projects been cancelled due to the downturn in the economy. Any predictions if the economy will rebound in the short term.

Yeah, I once work in a e-commerce development company. Projects cancelled, KIVed or just refuse to pay. Now in a B2C retailing company. Does better.

As far as I (and my friends around) can tell, not in 2002 ...
