E-6000-RNM12 Help

Can anyone tell me why my RNM12 unit is getting stuck at Auto Detecting console modem... Please wait

Also, is there a way to reset the unit to factory defaults? I cannot seem to find much information out there on these units.

It looks like the unit was hanging because of a bad COM port, tried new machine and it worked great!

I was having this same issue and found it to be the cable I was using. Must not have been a straight throught cable and when I put a null modem adapter it worked, until the "waiting for console message". Tried a regular staight through cable and it worked fine.
