Hi all,
I have a small 1 table Access 2003 database. The table is a linked table to a delimited txt file. The database also contains 1 form and is used for printing invoices each month.

We are currently copying the txt file to a history folder and renaming the txt file with date it was created (extracted and downloaded from mainframe computer).

On occasion we have to reprint old invoices. I would like to create a copy of the database to store in the history folder for reprinting old invoices.

What I would like to do is create a menu with a command button that will open up the tools > database utilities > Linked table manager window and allow the user to select what ever table they want to view. I don't want the user to have to click through all these steps.

Is it possible to do this?

I know I could have the user import the data and just copy the database to history, but that takes up quite a bit more disk space.

Any help is appreciated.
MrBill
