Does anyone know a way to populate dynamic parameter lists based on a user id?

Sure. You have to create custom LOVs that do what it is you are trying to do and have them set to refresh on open.

Thanks skrandel. I finally landed that one yesterday. I thought I had to change all the data sources to business views. It works superb!
