Dynamic list of value, is it possible?

"Is it possible to create a "dynamic list of values" in a prompt whose its list depends on the selection of a previous list of values.
Per exemple I have 2 prompts : Country and town.
The user selects a value un "Country" (France per exemple) and when he wants to select the second value he can only see french towns.
