DWMX using FTP and "put" function

Trying to set up remote info with all correct info.(it works fine using WSFTP PRO) But I continue to get this message
"An FTP error occurred-cannot make connection to host"

Here's how I had it set up:

FTP Host: ftp-dom.earthlink.net

Host Directory: I left this blank and also tried puting root folder in this but either way didn't work

Login: www. etc

Password.******

Any suggestions?

I think that this info can vary depending on your host, Bch..
For instance, my host uses a name, not the domain, for a login and specifies a particular directory.

Try checking with your host for the info... or just use your other FTP... DW ftp can be a bit slow sometimes.. and I always have another ftp on standby! lol
After all.... it does exactly the same job!
