In your ACD queue look for MAXP, it is how many agents you can have programmed on that loop. This can be raised as needed. You also need to check agent licenses on the PBX. Easiest way to do this is to go into LD 11 and check the header information, this will tell you how many agents are licensed, how many used and how many available.
If your programming it on a Supervisors Set CLS SPV then your limited to 8 per queue, If its for an agent in a queue, then theres no limit. ie for an Agents in Queue 6000, you can configure DWC 6000 on every agent set, but if its a supervisor monitoring other queues the MAX is 8.
