DWC key on set.

[SCO1010]

I have added a DWC for one queue and need to add another DWC key for another queue. I get a SCH0756 code which tells me that the queue is full.

So far I have about 50 phones that have the DWC key for that queue.
This is what the phone looks like
So on key 14, I am trying to add DWC 31095 and it will not let me.. Any ideas?

ACD Supervisor Display Waiting Calls key
Where: yyyy = ACD DN. Up to 4 digits, up to 7 digits
with Directory Number Expansion (DNXP)
package 150.
A maximum of eight DWC keys can be assigned per
queue on eight supervisors. Agent sets can only
have 1 SWC key for their own queue.
ACD agent telephones can support the display
waiting calls key. Must have CLS = SPV and ADD or
DDS.
The key can be used with supervisors and agents.
On the M3905 key numbers 8-11 are reserved for
AAG, AMG, ASP, DWC, MSB and NRD.

I haven't ever experienced that code, but have you tried going to LD 23 and increasing MAXP by (1) from the current setting on ACD 31095?

with the que full, ld 23 prt acd, increase maxp by 10 users or so, that does not decrease lic or tn's. sometimes the switch just needs a chance to read that number again

I increased it by 20 as I have more I need to add and went back in and still would not let me add the key on the set.
It still says the queue is full.

Any other ideas?

how many dwc keys are built on that group? another thing is you may need to add a spv button on that phone for that group.. allowing a spv from a secondaur group may be the block. we both know the npt's are so easy to read..
