DWBS 9601+ Firmware

Would anyone have firmware for the old 9601+ Definity Wireless phones? This was the predecessor to the 9631. I think it used to come on a flash card. I would like to use some of these, but only one I have has new enough firmware to work properly. 8.5 or above seems to be required.
