DW3 won't recognize current graphics app from site window

When I first installed Dreamweaver 3, I was using a version of Photopaint (6) as my graphics app. Then I deleted it and installed PhotoImpact 6, but when I try to open an image file from my site window in DW3 by double-clicking on it, it tells me that Photopaint can't be found or needs more memory. How can I get it to recognize PhotoImpact 6? (Although, I AM able to use the images through my Objects Palette)

in the properties there is a option to change the original image editor
where psp6 is entered change that to photopaint 6
