DW MX and CSS table-less layouts 2

We've been asked to do a project with all CSS. I read a good tutorial at projectseven.com about applying the CSS with the table, but am a little confused about using the CSS without tables.

Should I make layers to position everything using percentages (as opposed to absolutes) and apply the CSS that way?

Any one knows of a good tutorial on this matter with DW in particular, that would be great.

Can't remember the name of it, but there is a wysiwyg editor that allows totla control with style sheets. that is, it shows you in the editor what effect the style will have on positioning, something DM is crap at.

Anyone remeber what it is called?
