DW 4.0 Templates

I have an existing site will well over 100 .htm pages. My question is...Would it be possible to easily convert one of those pages to a template and be able to update the editable regions on all the pages?

Or do I need to sit down and start from scratch with alot of C&P ?

if they all look the same then yes you can template it
other then that you can try and then make some edits sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
