DVD Software

I was just wondering, is there any software that can make DVD movies or something? It would be cool...

Firstly u need a DVD enabled drive on ur PC.
Then either media player or interwin DVD or even power DVD will play it.

if you're wanting to make dvd's, you will need a dvd/rw drive. you can pick them up for around 100% or less, depending on what speed you're willing to settle for. also, you have to have special dvd/rw disks to burn your dvds.

next, you will need the software to power your hardware, and i recommend nero 6 ultra. it has great tools for authoring your own dvds. as far as copying dvds that are protected by copyright...that's a whole other matter

I think the question was about DVD authoring, not burning.

A google search on DVD authoring software would be a good bet for comparative reviews.
