I am using DVD express on an IBM T20 laptop. This laptop is a PIII 700/512 Mb RAM/ newest bios/ Windows 2000 Pro. Every time that I try to watch a movie, I get the error message "unable to create video window, try altering your display settings." I have tried every possible combination of settings with the same error. I looked on IBM's website, but the only thing they suggested was to upgrade DVD express and verify that I was an administrator. I did both of those things, no luck either. Does anybody else have any other ideas?
