DV500plus + premiere + Sony dc-trv = PROBLEM

Hi there people,
I have a dv 500 plus capture card and a Sony dc-trv950E camera, from the moment I wanna start premiere (as well when I wanna capture) or if I use te Pinnacle capture Dv tool I get the message 'no 1394 devices detected', i know everything is installed proparly. Please can sombody help me out of this mess,... > TANX---> Astapopulos
