duplicating login id's

What switch version do I need to do the "dup agent" command?
 
Release 9

Catagory A software only (not B)

We do have that but the command still doesnt work. I'm entering "dup agent 10000" and it gives me "invalid command".
 
Your "call center" software has to be on release 9. Do a "display system cust" and go to page 5. This will show you your call center release. -CL
 
Instead of using dup agents to create multiple agents that are the same, I use the export feature in DSA, export to csv, make my changes in excel and paste it back with the import feature.

The export/import feature is located in DSA in the tab called Advanced, a few lines above Start Emulation.
When you do Import, use Excel to cut data and paste it back into DSA.

We regularly create batches of login codes this way.
 
Sweeeeeeeeet! That is pretty cool, RayLook. I don't know why I never looked into that feature.
