Duplicating an Item 1

How do I supress an item on my details line if that item is duplicated? I just need to show the most recent item.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Create a group on the field that the duplicates have in common, then hide the details and display the group footer. Sort so that the last detail is the one you want. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
