I recently installed a new SBS 2003 server the pulls email from an external POP3 account and parses the messages to the users. The problem is that when a messages is addressed to more than one recipients each user gets duplicate of the same message for each recipient the message was sent to. Here's an example.
A message from an outside source is sent to person A, person B, and person C. Each of the three users will then receive 3 copies of the same message.
I remember seeing a KB article about this but I can't seem to find it now. Any ideas??
