Duplicate emails

I have one use who gets at least 15 duplicate emails per email. If I send her one she gets 15 or so. With some emails she only gets one. She is on an Exchange 2000 box with SP3 for Exchange and SP4 for Win2k Server and workstation.

Any ideas?

I've checked those threads and I do have the "no fixup protocol smtp 25" already running on my pix firewall.

Any other ideas?

This user is getting duplicate emails from both inside and outside users. I do have two email servers and all external mail is received from the first server and this problematic user mailbox is on the second.
