Duplicate emails

Hey,

I admin an Exchange 2000 server for a company. A user is receiving duplicate emails from only one domain. I tested it out and it seems any email from that domain delivers duplicate emails. I talked with a tech from that domain and the email is not being resent from the domains server, it actually is caught in my Exchange server.

Has anyone run into this before?

If it's only happening from one domain, It's probably a rule somewhere. If you can, have the other domain send an email to you. If it doesn't duplicate, then I'd suggest disabling all the rules in the users outlook and see if it continues, if it does, find the rule that's doing it. If it does duplicate for you, I’d then suggest turning on diagnostic logging on your SMTP events and see if you can see what’s causing it to duplicate.
