Situation:
User is a member of a group
Group notification occurs via a filter
Group is the only group being notified by the filter
One user gets duplicate emails
No one else in group get duplicate emails
User gets no duplicate emails from sources other than Remedy ( according to the user )
Filter is determining to be firing only once
No where else in the workflow is a notification occuring that would send a second email, either to the group or to this specific individual
Anyone seen a similar situation?
