Duplicate domain

we just had our exhange2K installed and configured in an offsite. the problem is, when they installed it, they configured the unit as a domain controller of a domain having the same name as our LAN domain. now there is no line between the two sites except the internet.

is there a way that i can make both domains communicate with each other and preferably, have their timing synchronized?

this problem is related to my post on the exchange2K forum regarding OWA.

please help...
