I have a W2K server which has a weird duplicate disk problem. In Disk Management there is no mention of a H: drive but when you go into My computer or Explorer I have a H: drive which is identical to the c drive.
When I add a file etc to the C: drive this is shown up in the H: drive as well.

Its a weird one!!!!!

Is H: just a mapped drive pointing to C:?

Run this command,

net use K: \\127.0.0.1\c$

and you would get a drive K: that looks just like C:.

Run:

net use K: /del

to get rid of it.
