can someone please help duplicate a file server and then keep it synchronized in a remote location.

is it the files you want to duplicate?

If so, you can use DFS to replicate file shares on more than one server.

Google around, or get back to us if you need help...

yes its the files, i got them on the new server already but how do keep it updated to changes on the files

you install and set up DFS, and configure both servers as being partners in the dfs tree replication...
Search around on google for DFS and you'll find both good explanations and step by step guides on it... ;-)
