IS-IT--Management
I designed a report that our nurses run the evening before surgery to print “cards” that show surgery start time, patient initials, surgeon name, name of operating room and admit type. These cards are helpful in identifying patients that need to be transported. The report is grouped by name of operating room (OR1, OR2, etc.).
Example:
8:30 a.m.
LB
Doe, Jonathan
OR1 Ambulatory
The report has a “details b” (DB) and “details a” (DA) section.
Each section is 5 ¼ inches vertical and the report is printed on 8 ½ x11” paper.
This allows for placement of two cards on one page.
After printing, the nurses cut the page in half to physically separate the cards.
The nurses would like the full patient name displayed on the back of each card. We do have a duplex printer that the nurses have access to.
Am I able to the following and if so, some suggestions please:
Front of card:
8:30 a.m.
LB
Doe, Jonathan
OR1, Ambulatory
Back of Card
Louis Bachrach
Again, there are two cards per 8”x11” page.
I am using CR10.
