Hi,
I have an Excel spreadsheet with 25 separate worksheets - each worksheet has a table of data that fits on one side of a page when I print.
Is it possible to print all 25 worksheets duplex, so that each worksheet is not on 25 separate pages, but prints on the front and back of each piece paper? (Total of 12.5 pages).
Thank you!

dvery,

I believe your objective should be possible, using the following steps.

1) Read my FAQ - faq-68-1161 on the printing of "disjointed" ranges on ONE page.

2) Using the process referred to in the FAQ, paste a copy of each page onto ONE sheet, inserting a PAGE-BREAK after the insertion of EACH page.

3) Then, select the ENTIRE range as your print range.

4) Send it to a printer that can handle "duplex" printing.

I hope this helps, and provides a solution for you.

Please advise.

This works.....thanks much!!

dvery,

You're welcome! I'm pleased my suggestion worked so well!

Hopefully other Tek-Tippers will take note of this "not so unusual" situation - of wanting to print multiple pages located on difference worksheets ...where they want to print the data "together", for "duplex" printing, or perhaps even for normal printing.
