Yesterday we got a major alarm on our S8720. We did some more research and found out it was a duplication link fault.
I started doing some troubleshooting and it's pointing to the IPSI.
I have two IPSIs both are HW12 FW030 (I know it's an old FW version, we're going to upgrade to see if it fixes the issue).
When I did a "list sys-link" I get:

Is there any way to dig deeper and find out WHY this happened? The alarm cleared itself pretty quickly (had to clear it in the standby manually) but I'd like to get some more insight as to why so we can figure out how to avoid it in the future.
