dumping physical memory

my system sometime will dump some physical memory. what is that mean?? is it software or hardware problem???
this is annoying..coz when i doing my work suddenly goes to pyshical dump memory...and there goes off my work...

Try with updateing your bios ... I had the same problem ... i've upgraded the bios and for now I didn't experienced that problem ...
