Dumb ?

We have a user who has a VM problem, VM will answer on an initernal call but if it's a did call it covers to the general mb instead of her mailbox, I know it's something easy but am having a "brain problem" at the moment...Any suggestions?

make sure target line is primed to set and make sure forward no answer is assigned to what ever you see when you do feature 985
