dumb WInfax question

Hello

I have W2K with Word and I am trying to send a Word doc through Winfax through WOrd. I am on a cable modem. I get an error telling me I need to complete the setup and run Winsetup.exe Would welcome advice on what Winsetup.exe ( I did a search on my c drive and came up with nothing).

Do I need any more hardware like another modem to send the fax?

When trying to send a fax with Word, it is using the print driver installed by Winfax. I take it the modem is operational with a proper phone line attatched. Verify that you have the Winfax print driver installed and retry. When in Word, just click file, print and then choose the winfax driver\printer. It will start the faxing process. Hope this helps.... If not I would try reinstalling Winfax from scratch.
