Please forgive the following...
Do bias rhymes, at certain times
Part kids from one another?
I say, let the funny kids play
And swing with all their might,
The golf ball soars, and on par fours,
Some reach the green in “tu-tu.”
Though the other duffers laughed,
The dancers thought them daft,
“After all,” said one prancer,
“This is a dance club” isn’t it?”
But from the rough,
A black bird emerges,
Unable to control its urges,
And despite its teacher’s preaching,
From the green, its beak just reaching,
Removed the ball, to its tiger woods.
Said the Master, in his green jacket,
If I see that birdie again,
“I will whack it!
I’ll tee off on it like never before,”
But said the Raven, Nevermore.
