Dual Wan router

Greetings,

I have been having trouble with the reliability of my current T1 ISP. I could switch providers but I'd rather set up a second connection and use a dual-WAN router for failover. It seems the only other high speed option for my area is a cable provider.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish that? Has anyone done it?Also what routers should I use?
