Hi.
I've tried searching but not seen anything that covers my question - so hoping someone can help.
I'm looking at running dual registration to enable users to log on to their desk phone using H.323 and onto the Avaya communicator smartphone application using SIP. I'm running SM/CM 6.3.
I have been able to successfully log on at both endpoints and have OPS set on the CM extension.
When my extension is called, both endpoints ring and I am able to answer at both and swap between them. When going from H.323 to SIP, I see the active line appearance and can pick it back up at anytime.
However, when I make an outbound call from the SIP endpoint I do not see the line appearance on the H.323 endpoint. It was my understanding from the Avaya documentation that i should be able to pick up this call from here and swap in the same way i can if the call originated from the H.323 endpoint.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
