I have a customer with two PRI's. Each PRI goes into it's own single slot PRI card on the 412. 3.1(65)

One PRI is set to outpulse 10 digits, the other PRI is set to outpulse 7 digits.

Should this be a problem? Can the system handle this assuming i just give each pri its own incoming call group and setup the incoming call routes according to each PRI?

I have a system with just such a situation that is in the middle of an install and we are not receiving correct digits on either PRI at the moment. I have the field tech pulling a trace from Monitor already but don't have that information yet.

I thought it might be that the digits are being sent left to right instead of right to left so i had the tech try the - sign before the digits and still no difference.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

There should be no problem in the number of received digits as long as they match ( partially ) with the DID number in the incoming Call Routes.
If you create a ICR with only a line ID and a destination then all undefined incoming DID numbers will follow this route regardless of the number of received digits

Intrigrant is correct. If both PRi's have the same incoming group ID then build all you call routes with 10 digits and the system will match whatever it gets from the carrier.

thanks for the info guys.

turns out it was a layer 1...or layer 0 problem...the field tech had the PRI cables swapped.
