Is it possible to configure an Active / Passive Dual ISP Connection on a Cisco PIX 506e? If so, I know that I would need to harness the ability for the 506e with the latest software to use VLANs. This would be great because I would not neet purchase a new firewall to give us Dual ISP. Thanks!

Simple answer, no.

You would need a third router to connect your two isps and then use that to load-balance/failover on with HSRP on the interface towards the pix.

If you need your official ip's to switch between the two isp's you need BGP support and then we are talking bigger and faster routers.
