Can pc with dual core processor be loaded with win 98se?

yes, but it is not supported by MS and WHY for crying out loud.

I doubt it but you need to read the limitations of the motherboard and the chipset it uses rather than the CPU, many of which state W2K or newer OS ie: not for 98/98SE or ME.

It will work, you will loose functionality of the dual core though.......
